PUPPY HOUSE - Day 271-272

I had a complete artistic space out while sitting down and completing another bunny set. My brain just phased out and came up with this instead. It was like being possessed, as I couldn’t stop until it was done.

The bunny set was delayed a day, but it was worth it. This is such a cute little set! I love it when I surprize myself! The bones come out of the dirt patch, there is a water bowl that can be placed anywhere, and a big dog (mum or dad) and a puppy. the set then closes into a house.

Quick NZ - Day 101

Homework went a tad of topic as jnr playing with dried paint flakes....
Look.. NZ!! (almost!)

"Breaking" - DAY 100

This posted late,
Day 100 lacking in the super, life changing art I felt I should have been doing, instead....
My girl possibly broke her wrist (for the third time!!)... there is a fair amount of tension at the moment though about this as the doctors said it probably WASNT broken but, due to past times, wants it in a cast for a week (then seen by specialist)!!
AND its a full cast, so minimal movement + sleepless night + possibility of missing out on dance selection = a frustrated teen.

Kids Art - day 96

One of those weeks really, where a chunk of my crafting time is helping/guiding others.
I admit to the monsters being tv/wii game addicts, so its quite nice to have evidence that they do occasionally branch out into other activities..

Side note... I can't remember the last time my table was clear, between homework, craft and art!

puppy love - Day 91

I could probably hold an entire ongoing blog about kids and teen angst and issues, especially in regards to the gorgeous 2 I look after some times... but this isnt that kind of blog (sigh of relief!)
This is one of those magical rare moments where hope shimmers through...

What could be more cute then a teen boy sewing a cute puppy dog for his girlfriends birthday!!!

Full of Feelings - Day 84

My daughter hung this blank canvas on a spare spot on the wall (cant beat a white snow scene!), and after awhile, this is what came to mind.
Its a big bright piece which is just a bit of fun. Some of the expressions are obvious, some others are adaptable.

Study in Motion - Day 18 take 2

I've always wanted to have a go at the driving range, and today seemed just right!
There were 4 of us, and we shared 100 balls. The gang had a great time TRYING to hit the ball.. many barely made it to the first marker but we all managed a couple of decent shots at least. The other patrons at the range were buisness types, had a few strange looks as my crazy lot played on! Probably not what they expected to have to put up with :)

So creative extra on day 18 is some shots from the day, a "study in Motion" you could say
